#WinterWishList2014 Book Feature #30

Monday, December 30, 2013

This is a brand new segment I am starting where I feature a book a day, in the month of December, that I am looking forward to in 2014. It can be any book from any genre, from any author or publisher!

This is a great way for me to help you make you TBR pile bigger! And to share the books I cannot wait to read! Hope you enjoy!

TODAY'S FEATURE:

Series: Standalone
Release Date: April 15th 2014

Lucy and Owen meet somewhere between the tenth and eleventh floors of a New York City apartment building, on an elevator rendered useless by a citywide blackout. After they're rescued, they spend a single night together, wandering the darkened streets and marveling at the rare appearance of stars above Manhattan. But once the power is restored, so is reality. Lucy soon moves to Edinburgh with her parents, while Owen heads out west with his father.

Lucy and Owen's relationship plays out across the globe as they stay in touch through postcards, occasional e-mails, and -- finally -- a reunion in the city where they first met.

A carefully charted map of a long-distance relationship, Jennifer E. Smith's new novel shows that the center of the world isn't necessarily a place. It can be a person, too.

REASON I CAN'T WAIT

I had not read Jennifer E. Smith before this year, and I am so glad I chose to review This is What Happy Looks Like  because it was so cute and i loved the love story and the way the characters grew with each other, and I know with this next release it will be the same thing! I seriously cannot wait to read this book!

Do you have this book on your wish list for 2014? Why can't you wait for it?
